The team is led by a health professional, a three-year course completed in 1998 in Puglia as a nurse, trained in various public and private hospital settings in Northern Italy for 26 years, until 2022. The experience in the medical and public sectors has consolidated personal and professional objectives of mission and values ​​that have been achieved in a foreign country still too much in difficulty and not very attentive to aspects more felt in European countries.

Responding to needs with trust, stability and reassuring calm are important elements of Ayla in the relationship with patients who always aim to improve the offers and services recognized as selected in the territory.

Ayla's hobby is also to offer the possibility of entertainment if you go to Albania, to Vlora, a renowned seaside resort.
